What started as a shared idea between two friends, Matt and Dave, has grown into a collection of five homes overlooking the New River, each crafted to help guests reconnect with what matters most.

We’re not a corporation, we’re a family and a partnership built on hard work, creativity, and a love for these mountains. Every trail cleared, beam placed, and tile laid was a piece of that story.

Our goal is simple: to share this place in a way that inspires peace, reflection, and connection, whether that’s a weekend escape or a long, quiet morning with coffee and the sound of the creek below.
